If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Support@LadyBitSoaps.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. If you are exchanging, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we receive confirmation of shipping label. We will give you a store credit in the amount equal to shipping for your return if you choose not to get a replacement.

**Please note that we can not accept returns on any opened soaps or skincare products. However, please do still contact us so that we may try to fix the situation for you. We want happy lady bits, not angry bits!

We understand that sometimes items are not as we expected and ask that you please allow us time to address the issue before leaving a negative review. Small businesses like ours appreciate you and need your honest reviews, but also need allowed time to address issues with the shipping company. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Our shipping is done via our warehouse and follows the policy listed below.

All orders take 1 business day to process and take 7 business days from date of purchase to date of arrival. (But most ship out same day or next)

Please note: By business days we mean, Saturdays and Sundays are not included or counted .

For our soaps and organic lotions We ship using USPS based on weight of package calculated at time of shipping. These rates are controlled by USPS not us. Our soaps are handmade and sometimes may be in the middle of production but we will notify you by email if this happens. Our skincare is also made to order, therefore takes an additional 2-3 days for it to be formulated. The wait time will be worth it though!

**Covid and weather have impacted delivery times therefore they may be longer than expected.
