If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. We will give you a store credit in the amount equal to shipping for your return if you choose not to get a replacement.

For our soaps and organic lotions We ship using USPS based on weight of package calculated at time of shipping. These rates are controlled by USPS not us. Our soaps are handmade and sometimes may be in the middle of production but we will notify you by email if this happens. Our skincare is also made to order, therefore takes an additional 2-3 days for it to be formulated. The wait time will be worth it though!
**Covid and weather have impacted delivery times therefore they may be longer than expected.
